Define Your Project

In order to work most effectively with the University's print partners and the teams at Marketing Communications or Purchasing, it is important to answer or think about the following questions:

  1. What is the purpose/expected result?
  2. Who is my audience?
  3. How will this be delivered (mail/hand carried)?
  4. What is my budget?
  5. What is my deadline?
  6. Who is creating/providing photos and text?
  7. Who is providing design?
  8. How many do I need?
  9. What format do I think will be most effective, i.e. newsletter, brochure, postcard, booklet?
  10. What size piece do I envision?
  11. How many colors do I imagine?

Then choose a printer or contact Marketing Communications at 617-627-3500 for a free project consultation and advice on design and printing.

Questions? Contact Gail Bambrick (Marketing Communications), 617-627-2117 or Kelly Sullivan (Purchasing) at 617-627-5136.
