Mary R. Jeka, Senior Vice President for University Relations and General Counsel, manages Tufts’ relationships on Beacon Hill and Capitol Hill to ensure coordination with representatives in Massachusetts, Washington D.C. and the executive branches of government.

The Government & Community Relations team, led by Rocco DiRico, works with neighbors, agencies, organizations, elected officials and municipal government offices to build strong partnerships between Tufts and its host communities.

Tufts University is a member of the American Council on Education, New England Council, and the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities in Massachusetts.
